Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Nextfol ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website and to enquiries made through it. They are not the terms under which we carry out development work. Any project we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement takes precedence.
2. Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system
- Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation
- Scrape, copy or republish the site's content without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organisation
3. Enquiries, quotes and proposals
Information on this site — including descriptions of capabilities, timelines and any indicative pricing — is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A binding engagement arises only when both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form. If you need to share commercially sensitive detail, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.
4. Intellectual property
Our content
The site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, code, logos and brand names — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Project deliverables
Ownership of anything we build for you is dealt with in the signed agreement for that project, not here. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.
Your material
Anything you send us stays yours. You grant us permission to use it only as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver the services you engage us for.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on the site is professional advice, and you should not act on it without seeking advice appropriate to your circumstances.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this site.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed [amount, e.g. INR 10,000]. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, so please check back periodically.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, e.g. India], and the courts of [city/state] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
